Portable use juju beat Charles okocha; Now hospitalized [Watch Video)

Controversial street singer Habeeb Okikiola Oyegbile, popularly known as Portable, has defeated Nollywood actor Charles Okocha in a keenly contested celebrity boxing match.

 

The ‘Zazoo Zeh’ crooner won the fight after the fourth round of the contest that was held in the early hours of Wednesday at Landmark Beach in Victoria Island, Lagos.

The encounter commenced around 1 am and lasted for about 40 minutes.

 

The first round saw Portable, clad in his blue armless shirt and shorts, pouncing on Okocha. The singer delivered several punches at the actor, who tried to dodge them in vain.

 

Okocha also took in multiple jabs from Portable who was determined to win the fist fight.

The highly entertaining bout followed after the singer claimed the actor ripped him of money.

Last month, Portable accused the actor of refusing to pay him N20 million after an endorsement deal.

 

He claimed Okocha was paid N40 million but the actor refused to give him his share of the money.

 

In his reaction, Okocha said Portable had reached out to him for “friendship,” saying he would later invite Portable to an event because he “wanted to help a brother.”

Okocha claimed the singer did nothing at the event, arguing that no agreements were signed. He added that he “transferred a whopping N5 million” to Portable after the event.

 

After a lengthy online spat, the pair resolved to settle their scores with a ring fight.
