Anthony Adefuye reacted in an interview with TVC during the Politics Tonight program when he was asked to give his take on what former President Olusegun Obasanjo said that for him, Peter Obi is still the best for Nigeria at a point like this.

“For the Nigeria that I believed we need to have at this point in time, Peter Obi is still the best candidate.”

Anthony Adefuye said,

“Well, that is his(Olusegun Obasanjo)’s personal opinion, just like I feel Bola Tinubu is the best president for Nigeria now so also I don’t blame Obasanjo if he says it is Peter Obi. It is believed and I know that the best President is Bola Ahmed Tinubu and he is the one who has been elected and he is going to perform wonderfully well.”

“I can assure Nigerians and I’m assured that Nigerians are beginning to see that sign too, that he is going to perform wonderfully well. So, if Obasanjo said it is Peter Obi, unfortunately, Nigerians did not agree with him, and Nigerians did not vote for Peter Obi to win.
